FRS car cover paid for itself

Friday night the cars either side of mine had their windows smashed

Mine wasn't touched

When I got the FRS I bought a tailored car cover. It cost a lot so initially I was a bit unsure of its value. Its soft fleece on the inside and waterproof breathable membrane on the outside. Its a perfect fit and secures with clips and straps which go under the car so no chance of it coming off. Its also fitted with an alarm which actually hurts your ears when it goes off. Comes in its own bag. I can fit it on my own in less than 5 minutes. Its on the car as soon as it cools down and never comes off!!

I can only guess the reason my windows were not broken is because of the cover so its paid for itself already

Good stuff! Im sure if it wasnt covered they would have taken great pleasure in smashing your windows the cnuts I want a cover but ive heard that the cheaper ones can actually scratch your car which isnt too good...

Could i ask how much yours was?

Yeah in the boot it rolls up really small in its bag... about the size of a sleeping bag

Not cheap but it won't scratch and I can tell you the quality is superb

£200 quid for a car cover like that sounds pretty decent if you ask me, I thought "bog standard" ones were like 100 odd quid themselves!

I need something like this for my C4.

My drive has trees over it so in the summer the car gets covered in tree sap.

I can wash the car and an hour later it is covered in sap again. So if I don't wash the car every 2nd day or so the windows get so badly covered you can't see out properly and the side windows get stuck when trying to put them down. Pain in the arse really.

A kiddies car seat was taken from next doors Disco when the windows were smashed:S.. It was found on the kids play park round the corner... I've noticed a bunch of the said little c***s hanging around there boozing at night... might take a walk round for a chat see if I can get some info out of them "Say hello to my little friend!!"
