Funny noise whilst braking!

As above keep hearing a funny noise under braking, i thought it was maybe because the tracking was out it was the tyres as if they were towing out or in under load they might make the noise, as it almost sounds like a vibration kind of!

Any ideas people?

Brakes worn?

checked the obvious for signs, nothing on discs to indicate anything wrong, pads look fine without taking them off, wouldnt have thought its warping as i would feel it! and the calipers arnt hitting the inside of the wheels(as its quite tight).

So im abit confused as to what it could be!

Corrosion on the inside of the Discs themselves maybe??
