Gap between headlight and front bumper

Has anyone noticed that there is a small gap between the headlights and the front bumper on the sides?.. there is about an 1/2 a centremetre of gap, it is very noticable once u look at it square on...

Does anyone know why renault did this?? I thought my bumper was coming off at first! but looked at other clios and i was like PHEW

yeah and its a pain as i always forget to dry under the lights so get a wet cloth when applying polish or whatever.....

Does anyone know what the gap is for.. i was thinking maybe a way of getting cold air into the engine?!?

Yep, cheap cars cheap results. Some are better than others.

I've had 3 and they've all the been the same. Its just how they are, stop worrying lol.

Thats how they are,most car bumpers dont touch the headlamps.Some cars have small gaps others have bigger.
