Garmin i3 crash

I just brought an i3 from Halfords well pleased with it except when I was installing it i.e it was updating the languages it turned itself off half way through now when it trys to speak to me it stops in half sentence which is rather rude, anyone know how to hard reset them?

Just had to change the language over to American then back to British English.

if you ever want to do a master reset, here is how

turn the unit off, hold in the wheel and the <- button together, and turn the unit back on..........it will ask you if you want to do a reset

Cheers Brun will bare that in mind will probably prove usefull.
Just a couple of questions, I know you cant add voices yet any hope on doing so in the future? Also how accurate is the speed it seems a bit slow updating.

But don't get me wrong, I'm well pleased with it.
