Gas flowed heads

Unfortunately i have a cracked head on my clio 16v.....bugger. Anyway I was wondering if I was to get a performance gas flowed head to replace it. Would it be worth it and would it work alright with a near standard engine.... apart from induction kit and exhaust? Does anyone have these on their clio? notice the performance increase?

How much is a new valver head? do you need to replace valves? only the head?

I bought a complete 16v head with valves etc for £45. Put a wanted in your local ads paper as i had a few ring me up!
