Is it easy to take the throttle body apart? I could get this done very easily once it is in pieces.

Bore out the body and fit a larger valve with knifedges. I think it would make a difference on the turbo if it has less restriction and therefore lowers the pressure drop.

^^^ I think legohead has hit the nail on the head! You need to increase the size of the blade as well in order to be of any benifit. As said before the inlet is not the point of restriction, but when I fitted mine it felt alittle better....
