took me a while to get them set up how i wanted but now they are i love them.

They get mixed reviews,some say there to hard, some love them.

Id say either get vmaxx, as there a very good coilover for the money, or save for AST's.

quick note, GHA Gaz kit has adjustable damping on the rear but only has rebound adjustment on the front, i had to send mine off to Gaz to get them stiffened up (for free so i cant complain)

Ive had mine a year now n reckon they are well worth the money.

This is how high i run mine it can go lower but i like to be able to push the car (the rear is as high as it will go!!!)

Ast are about £1200 including fitting i think it was

I have Gaz Gold coilvers, very decent apart from one of mine has no oil in

ring gaz there based in essex and you can buy direct from them for £380 ive got a set and i think there mint my dampers are set hard at the mo and i dont find them that bad

There are two quite similar looking options but the 182's fronts dont seem to have damping adjust but the 172 version does :S
