Gear box stabilizer

Hi All

I have recently purchased a clio 1.4 privilege y 51 plate as a 2nd car for the family but have noticed when letting the accelerator off whilst driving the gear shift moves forward and backwards. Apparently this is quite common! I have purchased the new part but was wondering if someone could explain as to how to fit the new part and to how easy it is?

Like above if its the dog bone mount then its a piece of pi55

if its the dogbone mount then its 2 bolts under the car. its in the middle of the car behind the engine on the subframe
