16v 1.2 Expression
Hi guys!
My mk2 ph2 clio has developed a fault. I had a search, but I couldn't find anything (apologies if this has been posted before!).
When I'm going around 70mph, I get a sudden deceleration (feels identical to dropping down a gear). It's only for a split second, but it's enough for the car the car to drop a few mph. The engine light comes on at the same time, and goes again as soon as the braking stops. I believe the rev counter drops too(I may be wrong on that one...).
It's an 04 mk2 ph2 1.2 clio dynamique, and recently passed a service. It's on about 64,000 miles, but I can't find the logbook to see the details past the last year... I'm technical enough that I can give a few things a try if anyone has any ideas!
Is this a known clio fault? If so, what do you guys suggest? Thanks!
