Gear oil leak

Hi,
Spoted a little leak between the engine and the gearbox.
Maybe the oil seal?

Could be, otherwise its from the selector seal

Any way its a gearbox removal box huh?
Should i replace other seals if i remove the gearbox?

It'll be the casing join that's leaking or the selector shaft seal. If the box is coming out, you will need to reseal the casing and replace the selector shaft seal and bushes. No point replacing the diff seal unless you drop the diff out of the box.
