Gearbox crack

I have just bougth a clio 172 cup and has a cracks on gearbox case from were the the twisted gearbox mount bolts on to pretty big crack in a few different directions slightly leaking.
the car has ktr engine mounts and poly burshed twisted gearbox mount cud this be y the gearbox has cracked ?

Possibly, unless its been hit by something or maybe less likely over tightened and cracked the casing
