gearbox mount?

since tracking it today i have aquired a rather loud rumble noise from the car, the car kept jumping out of gear under load and when i keep my hand on the gear lever and accelerate then let go the gearstick has a fit, i suspect its pushing my exhaust down to, am i right in thinking its a mount and if it is which mount could this be?

does sound like symptoms of a rear engine mount, otherwise known as a dogbone
