Donny way, Henderson's transmissions in Sandtoft. I've had boxes built by them and @NorthloopCup which have been sound

From what I know just a standard jc5 130 unless the previous owner has done anything beyond that I'm not aware of

Yeah it's a JC5-130 gearbox the same as whats in all 182s

That's a bit of a journey but I'd be willing to make that if it's the right one, any chance you can PM me? Would be ideal if we could have a chat on the phone about it (btw just made this account for the reason of finding a gearbox) so still getting used to how it works exactly. Cheees!

Another shout out for @NorthloopCup - assuming you haven't got your gearbox sorted yet?

Did a superb job at sorting mine out after receiving some 'driveshaft-goes-BOOM' damage.

I have a spare gear box from a 172 Cup. Needs 3rd & 4th fixed due to the common issue with them. Open to offers but am in North East Scotland.

Yeah ive touched base with him already. In the process of taking the full engine / gearbox out as its need 6000 things replacing / fixing
