gearbox trouble

Rite well i have a 05 reg dynamique 1.2 and recently its being a little b**ch to get in to certain gears, 2nd a first mainly when im changing down, it gets half way into gear then stops and i have to really pull it to get and it crunch's, anyone no what could be the problem? ive tryed double clutching and it doesnt help :dapprove:

With a car of that mialge I'd say its a badly alligned gearbox selection. Could be syncros though but unlikly at that age.
