Gears Of War chat problem?

do any of you get that daft problem when you invite your mate to a game of gears of war thats already started, they can hear you but no one can hear him on the headset? does you f'n tits in, have to go out and host a fresh match

its a bug - if you're the last into a match u can't hear s**t

good so its not just me then, hopefully it'll get fixed in the next patch..
