Get off my gearknob!!!!!

Im new here folks so howdy! Pics o ma car are up in the media section,The billabong!My question here is how the hell do i get my gearknob off, its been all worn on top since i got the car and i fancy a 172/182 one with the silver top or just an aftermarket momo one but cant see how the hell it comes off? ???am i being stupid or? Please help! Thanks

there a basterd to get off got use some mole grips and just keep pulling bit if yours is worn out jsut get a hack saw and cut it off as they are bonded on hope this helps

If its just the number bit thats worn they unclip so you can just clip the silver one from a 172 back on!!

The plastic in mine had faded so fancied an aftermarket one, ended up having to hack it away for 30 mins bit by bit, no piece was bigger than a 1p .

Just buy another insert, Mine was all faded so ive had mine sprayed the same colour as my car
