getting my numberplate to stay on!

Got new pressed plates but as the back of them isnt smooth im finding it hard to get them to stick.
apart from double sided tape, anything else?! cheers

see i thought about something like that velcro although wasnt sure if its be strong enough!!
dont want something too permanent case i get pulled.

i used about 20 velcro coins lol. hasn't come off after about 1000 miles

you can get like huge ones that should be enough?!
just cos the surface isnt flat its hard but ill give that a go!
cant get a surround cos theyre short

haha i just ended up glueing them on because they kept falling off.

what about just a bead of silicone round the edge?

do you really want to be perminantly mounting illegal plates on your car? velcro would be best so you can quickly and easily swap them with legal ones.
