Gmail [no blank lines]

I've just had this start happening. Web based or iPhone. Everything I send goes out with gaps between lines. Everything I read has all gaps removed. No proper paragraphs. Am I missing something silly?

Does it work with HTML? Say typing in manually <p> or <br><br> ?

I narrowed it down to being specific to Opera. It's only just started happening though. Googling eventually revealed some tech support style forum thing, from a few days ago, complaining about the exact same issue with Opera.

The response was that Opera is not a supported browser for gmail, so go f**k yourself.

In other words, they broke it. I wouldn't be surprised if there are some corporate politics involved.

Basic html works just fine, so I'll be sticking with that

Moody. Well no, not really. It works fine in basic html mode. It's a known issue that's suddenly materialised in Opera. Obviously some code tinkering from Google that wasn't fully tested with Opera. Either that or some code tinkering designed to stop it working with Opera because Mr. Opera isn't sucking enough Google c0ck. Who knows.

Everything is fine with the iPhone & teh internet explorz0rz, although I wouldn't use the latter to wipe my ass.

Pics of you wiping your ass with an iPhone!? My iPod Touch has some epic fail on it where it shuts down IE randomly! Grrrrrr.
