Good cheap Pc game help

That i can quickly play @ inlaws house. Something like championship manager 2, would be great.

I was thinking Simcity or Sims 2?

Something i can just click on and play easily with a mouse. I cant be having a headset and Red dot sights etc.

Any reccomendations?
