Good garage in London/Essex

Hi Guys

I need to get my 172 MOT'd & serviced pretty soon and although I recently took car in to Renault Romford for a few bits and pieces I thought they were massively expensive and dread what they will charge.
Can anyone recommend a garage ideally London/Essex inside the M25 that will do a good job without wanting to rip me off?
