Good polish & wax, which ones?

Had a clear out of all the old bits & bobs.
Got meg quick clay & collinite wax (winter)

What is best to use after claying??

Going to practice on wifes car

Working by hand:

Autoglym Super Resin and Extra Gloss Protection and then top with a decent Carnuba wax.

Klasse All In One, Jeffs Werkstatt Acrylic Jett Sealant and a nice Carnuba Wax.

Good well priced waxes, P21s or Chemical Guys 50/50.

Looking to spend a bit more, Zymol Carbon, Swissvax Onyx or Pinnacle Souveran.

sorry to hijack - I only managed to carbon wax my bonnet 2 weeks ago after doing all the other stages including EGP - is it ok to wash and carry on with the wax job now or do I have to go through it all again?

It's fine, you are basically keeping the wax topped up by doing that.

Weekly wash and maybe treat to a spritz of quick detail spray.

Top up the wax once a month or so.
