thought i would post this as you hear so many complaints about poor Renault service.... Cup went in last week because of banging from the engine under hard acceleration...they arranged a courtesy car for me and when i rtn they gave me their views ....not only were they going to change the engine mounts they were going to change the gearbox and the exhaust mountings at the same time to save me coming back again. They changed all the mounts yesterday and it drives great again with no bangs.. plus they cleaned the car, nice people and a top service ..Renault Dunfermline,Scotland.
prehaps your saying this shouldnt have happened in the first place ...but it did and they reacted well to it and i guess thats what counts.
