Depends what you want. I bought a Sony Action Cam which is the same spec as a go-pro hero 3 for around £115 new!

Spec is reasonable, will record in 1080p and do 5mp photos

I've just spent a small fortune on mine, Go Pro Hero 4 Black with just about every accessory available, loving it though, great for my MTB and Road Biking, shame I didn't have it a few weeks ago in Vegas with the Camaro SS we rented.

They are great to have around. I've got loads of fun clips of stuff we do with the kids, that they'll hopefully appreciate when they are older.
