Got this lense

Can someone tell me anything about this lense? i know naff all about cameras and lenses, it says for "Canon AF" on the cap. Isit for old cameras or will it work with a DSLR?

I'd say it was a Sigma 28-200mm f3.8-5.6 lens to fit on Canon cameras (SLR and DSLR).

Its one of there older lenses, just checked ebay and fully functional ones are going for around £70.
