grpahics card settings

right click your desktop, then properties, then settings.

Theres an advanced button but don't go there as we'll get another post shortly saying you've screwed it up! LOL.
 
tweek them abit, seems really shitty, also see if i can tweak as there just on basic from when i bought the pc.

Without knowing what card you have it's difficult to advise. I'd be tempted to leave it as it is though with your track record!

Have a look on tomshardware for an overclocking guide.
 
whats that mate, i kno ruffly what overclocking is,

also says my screen can handel 75mhZ but is only on 60 mhZ?
 
It's an xpress 200, leave it be, it's s**t and it always will be.

You'll just f**k it up (again)
 
Knowing roughly what it is, is the problem, even going a few mhz over can cause your card to overheat and cause permanent damage. It's a lot of risk for minimal gains.

60hz is the refresh rate, I think this is what it should be at if your using an LCD monitor.
