Guide/instruction for changing the cambelt

I´m about to change my cambelt (Clio Sport -01) and read about a guide for doing it. I would really appreciate if someone could send me the guide.

Not sure if this is just for 182s, but apparently it is a hardcore job best left for competent mechanics??.... but then again, i don't know much lol...
