would have been easyer to get a paint brush and some hammerite paint as you have to mask everything up now

all you have to so is scrub all the crap the wipe the dust off with a rag after then do a few coats of paint then leave to dry

I am sure I told you how to do this in another thread mate.

It is literally just a case of scrubbing down with a wire brush, wiping over with a wet rag, allowing to dry and then slapping/spraying the paint on.

Remember to take the wheel off first...

Yes Afroahmed, add to this list a proper jack and stands!! And when you take the wheel off slide it under the car.

Jack it up...
Must remember to take the wheel off...
Wheel under car... (never thought of that... good one)
Axle stands... (where exactly do i place these once jacked?)
Dont get c.slicker to jack it up...
Paint away...
Take pictures for forums...

I still disagree with sliding the alloy under the car.

Why risk damaging the alloy? Even a new disk is cheaper and the excitement keeps you on your toes.

Tbh I just stick some tyres under the car or a log.

Well, what can I say to that. You will obviously learn the hard way! I know(knew) a guy who's car collapsed on him, he had the same attitude as you.

Not anymore he doesn't!

Do any of you guys have any photos of 172/182s with painted callipers...? Just interested to see what it would look like on a black Clio Sport with either blac, silver or red calipers...

Cheers if you do!
