guide to replacing mk2 ph2 seats??

is there one? i cant seem to find it, i remember seeing one about a year ago.

Its dead easy no need for a guide.

There 4 bolts under the car two near where the center consol bit goes up and tow under some plastic plugs on the near side.
10mm from memory size wise.

Yeah There is a guide hold on will get the link. However having now done it both ways eddes way is quicker
