H+R Coilovers

Bought a 172 cup with h+r coilovers already fitted to the car and was wondering if an how do you raise and lower the ride height of them and is the same technique for the back as for the front?

Did you get given the C spanners for the front struts when you bought the car? If not you'll need to order some first.

C spanners on the front, allen key on the rear.

Simple as, just don't f**k up the measurements
