H&R rear spring length and poundage..

Hi guys, as title really need to know the length of a H&R rear spring and the poundage in "lbs".

If you know either bits of information or have some off a car to measure id be greatful if you could post up cheers Rob

Spring length 6"

Spring Internal Diameter 2.5"

Poundage 400lbs
