Hand Polished Plenum letters

Hello all

Yesterday I had a quick go at polishing the lettering on the upper plenum, here are some befores and afters Thoughts and opinions! Personally I think it looks a little better!

Sorry for the rubbish pics, still learning with my camera!

I used wet and dry, 800 then 1200 because its all I could get my hands on! Then autosol metal polish, quick job and easy to do!

Should have sprayed it all silver and then done the letters would look much neater

Your probably have to sand the letter down again though that's all lol

Yeah I'm not fussed about the mate, I would like it all polished but don't know how to go about it!

Chromed (of sorts) would look awful IMO.. Looks fine as is as there's no cover.
