Handbrake cable...

Hi all, anyone else had trouble finding the correct handbrake cable for their 182?

Mine snapped (the drivers side) and the garage I use has had 5 different cables, all of them wont fit?

He said he thinks mine has a mk3 clio set up WTF?!?!?

Had to go through Renault directly to try get one.

Anyone else come across this?

no other handbrake cable fits as garages try ordering universal ones. you have to get one from Renault but they are only like 23 pounds. mine snapped a while back, bought one from renault and got it fitted and works all fine now

Ah nice one mate. He's waiting for Renault to deliver one today so hopefully that will sort it...
