Handbrake failure!

Ive just finished changing my brakes all round and i lowered the jack and the car started rolling forward tried to ut the handbrake on more and it kept on rolling, anyone be able to help please?

Have you pumped the brake pedal ? Youll need to pump the brake pedal out so the pistons touch the pads , then the handbrake mech will work !
