Hangers and Spring

I am getting a milltek fitted on Tuesday and the guy at the garage told me to buy hangers so it doesnt sit too low. He also mentioned a spring that sits between two bolts that i need to buy also.

Now i am not really sure what he means but if anyone does please say and tell me where the best place to get the things i mentioned.
