Has any one fitted a Viper Evolution?

Hiya all

Have been looking at upgrading my normal viper on my 182 for a Viper Evolution instead and was wondering if anyone else done the same as am still debating weather to do it or not? Looks alot bigger that the normal viper and would imagine it would be a lot less restrictive and there for give more power. What do you guys think

I thought they were for 3.0l Plus. I.e the Vee?

I was just toying with the idea as a few people on the forum have said that the surface area on the normal viper is a bit small. Pipercross do a Viper Evolution kit for a a lotus which I think is 1.8 or 2.0 litre, so cant see no problem with it on a clio 182? Iv sent off an Email to pipercross asking if it would be suitable for a 182 and if it would see any gains, just waiting for a reply :0)

Had a reply back from pipercross, it said he doubts I would get it to fit nuder the bonnett as its alot larger than the noraml viper, but he didnt say it was a definate. Gona get the dimentions and measure the space I have under the hood as it might still fit. He did say how ever that this summer, they are bringing out a V Force induction kit for the 172/182 and that they have had a proven 11 bhp increase in power which sounds good to me. The only down side is that he said it will cost between £450 and £500 notes.

Not a bad idea though with the kit for the V6. If it fits its worth a try.

either buy a itg maxogen or you could relocate the battery to the boot, if the evo doesn't fit.
