Has anybody got a Clip local to me? *Birmingham*

I was wondering if anybody in Birmingham had a Clip to check the ECU on my Clio as I had a snap-on diagnostic and Error 36 ECU Power Supply Memory came up, after doing some research I found out that a Renault Clip is needed to get the proper reading from the ECU. The car has some sort of an electronic problem ( As the heartbeat sign on the dash is on and multiple other reasons) and ever since the electronic problem has occured, the car has not run. It does start however as soon as you put the throttle down, the car knocks and turns off. The car also loses a lot of electrical power. If anybody in Birmingham is willing to help me out with a Clip, I would appreciate it!
