After selling my 182 for a V6 I thought I wouldn't miss the 182, but I did miss it even when I had the V6 I think it was because it was my first ever brand new car. Plus I missed having Racing Blue in my life

But all that said, I wouldn't buy another 182 because I'll only compare it to my old one and it wouldn't feel right.

I normally keep my cars for about 18 months but ive had my 172 cup from new and cant bring myself to sell it. 52k & 3 1/2 years of driving pleasure

Every week i look through pistonheads at other motors upto 12k ish (elises, vx220s, vr6's, newish turbo hatches etc) but nothing seems worth the extra cash to me.

DC5 ownership is the only car that has nearly made me sell up!

I'm driving my cup to a garage today & driving home in a golf :-( i know i'll miss my clio....
but hey..
got a little baby boy that needs more space now.
Who knows, might get another one, one day.

Hopefully the golf brake discs & steering wheel aren't made of cream cheese..like the clio then i'll be alright

with regards to the thread, i would deffo buy my valver back now if it wasn't in the shape of a pancake, was minty and i would hybrid or 17poo it, wish i never sold it and got the ph1,

the 172 is generating more rattles than the valver did and is more costly to keep uptogether and running.

Having seen my V6 since selling it was a little weird, but there was no real feeling.... Maybe because I didn't really have it that long? I'm glad I haven't seen my 182 since I sold it.
