has anyone taken out their standard element out of the filter box, but left the box as normal and then put an aftermarket cone etc on the end of the intake pipe near the left fog??? [williams and valver] much appreciated.

im talking bout getting the best of both worlds... keep the standard box and feed, and then a filter down by the fog so it ent in a hot engine bay!!! doesnt that make sense?

Stock ones is good enough just stick with it or go for a Hill power kit one you have to cut some of the metal where the washer bottle is and reposition the bottle.
