There isn't one. There is a Renault Workshop manual kicking about though.
Springs are the same to fit on the normal cars so the normal haynes is fine.
As for the exhaust don't realy need a haynes for that.
If your mates changed springs before on another car there all much of a muchness realy so you'll be fine just need to know the torques to do stuff up to
If your just canhing springs yep dead easy the backs you jack it up undo thye shock bolts and the springs drop out. put the new onesw in and lower the car back onto them and do the bolt on each shock back up.

Yep- you don't even need spring compressors (may be cup only)
Yep same tye of setup worth getting a Haynes IMo as most of the bits on a none sport and a sport are the same realy.
Jack the car up
Remove the wheel
Undo the top mount I foregt the size its the one under the bonnet might need a buzzz gun or a spanner and allen key to hold the center of the shcok in place whilst you undo the mount.
Unfo the abs line from the hub and move it out the way.
Theres two nuts and bolts which holds the shock to the hub, again I forget the size off the top of my head 16 or 17mm rings a bell.
This is the fun bit you have to get the shock absorper and spring unit out as one. You'll get it out its a pain though.
When the shcok and springs all out as one use some spring compressors and compress the spring
When the springs compressed undo the nut on the top of the shock and take it off under it is the top hat under that a rubber donut top mount, under that is a top mount bearing under thats the spring cap.
take the spring out undo the spring compressors.
Redo in the repeat order to reasemble.

Right the exhaust has come but not the springs yet. We've fitted the exhaust but when changing the sensor from the old cat to the new one I can't undo the bolt holding it in. Any ideas? The standard exhaust was rotten as hell and had trouble with other bits so might just be old and seized? Had to undo the rear axle to get it out and pop the rear springs fell out so won't have any trouble doing them when they come lol thanks for the help guys
Haynes manuals boil my piss. All the in car engine sections are done with the engine out for the book.
Its easier to show the parts that way.
I know what you mean but there no perfect answer bar high quality colour pictures of a full page or videos.
Doesn't tell you that everything is slammed up against body panels so you'll get it half way apart and realise you'll never get the tools you have in there either, because they don't know that themselves.
