hazard lights problem - not switch or fuse related!

Hi all, ive done a search for this and seen plenty of different situations involving people's hazard lights.

Mine seems to be a little different, they stopped working randomly i dont know when, a few months back maybe??? I dont use them really so wouldn know!

Anyway, after a little search on here I thought id try a new switch, £11 off ebay and still nothing.

Now here's my symptoms, hazards flash nicely when the car is locked and unlocked. Indicators work as normal. The hazard switch linternal light doesnt work either...So im thinking its not getting a power supply of any sorts?

Only other thing is that this second switch is faulty also! what else can I do? will get a multimeter on it tomorrow to check power supply.

What did you do to get it fixed?

yep, only the hazard lights, everything else is working fine as far as i can tell.

fuse is in tact also. have pulled it out n pushed it back in, just in case it was loose

also gave the wires a little wiggle in the back of the plug to make sure they werent loose and still nothing. i think its a power supply issue, where does the hazards feed from?

i would check u havent kicked the relay out underneath ur glove box

what should i be looking for exactly? colour of the realy and its whereabouts under there, i know what a relay looks like but how do i check i havent broken it or whatever it is that happens to them?
