Hazards flash when electric window reaches the top

Hello my drivers window and only drivers side, when it reaches the top and clicks To tell you, the hazards flash but doesn't always do it. It seems to be when it has been raining but I can't confirm. Any one know how to fix this

It's a UCH fault.

I've had a read about that but when it is a uch fault, it does it all the time where as mine only does when it rains ???? So I'm not sure

The car is now dry and are working fine again so is it affected by the water and how do I fix it ???
