head gasket

i hope some one can help i have just done the head gasket on my 1400cc 8v 2000 clio s and done 300 miles since. since it has been done i am still loosing water and have mayo on my filler cap again cracked block i am guessing because i had the head skimmed and leak tested so it cant be a cracked head. if any one has any ideas help would be nice thanks

Headbolts definitely done up tight enough?

I could not say 100% but that is only because my uncle finished off parts of it. But he is an experinced mechanic and would of torqued them up properly.
