Head Gasket

Im getting my cam belt changed soon, if im gonna ben fitting NOS soon is it worth getting the head gasket changed for an uprated one whilst theyve got the belt off?

i think its two totally seperate jobs but if it were me you might aswell get eveything uprated/changed as the old bits will be put under quite a strain with noz going through it
