Head light problemo

Hi, could some one please tell me, why i have one head light brighter than the other?

When i put the head lights on, one side is normal and the other looks to be on main beam???

Have you actually looked at the light to see which ones are lit up? Plugs might be in the wrong sockets on the back. Or could be that the dim bulb is about to blow, change it for new one.
