head light washers

can anybody tell me how to get the head light washers out? need to replace one tried getting in through splash guard in front of wheel but cant reach. do i take head light out?:S

Bumper is 2 x 10mm bolts and 5 t25 (t something anyways) screws. Oh and two "plastic screws". Fubar did a guide. Can it not be done through the wheel arch? Bumper can be a pain to take off/put back on

had wheel arch splash guard off and it looks very tight to get arm in to get to nut?

Nah...i tried a few things and it was bumper off only...

Thoughht, to be fair....in terms of bumper removal.....this is one of the better ones (easier imo)
