Head units with usb ports

Can I connect my ipod to a head unit that has a usb port and be able to play tracks from it? I've seen one that has a usb port and comes with a 64mb flash memory stick but wasn't sure if I could plug my ipod in.

I doubt it Neil - just get a dedicated Headunit to iPod adapter. Theres loads around.
