2010 Clio imusic
Hi everyone,
We got my son an aftermarket stereo for his 2010 mk3 Clio. Went to fit it this morning with all the stuff that was sent. On the back of the existing head unit there was 3 connectors. 2 were the standard run of the mill ISO connectors which were fine. The 3rd one i presumed was for the steering wheel controls which i wasn't too fussed about because it is a touch screen etc. when it fitted the new stereo it all worked but no sound. Turns out it goes back to this 3rd plug. Put the old stereo back in and was all working fine. Unplugged said connector and no sound. Ive looked online and it all seems to come back to CAN-BUS. There seems to be a myriad of different options. Anyone had this issue Before?
