Headlight Adjuster fault?

Was outside just now playing with the RSTuner and whilst the ignition was on I could here a noise from the passenger headlight.

Seems to be coming from the automatic adjuster... it just keeps constantly making a mechanical whirring noise. It seems to do it when the car is running although I dont notice the headlight changing at all just this bloody annoying noise!

Any thoughts??!!

No on-one else had this then?? Il just pull the plug out if need be as it stops pissing around when thats out. Are they really needed??
