Headlight and number plate light not working

Hi guys I have got a Renault Clio 1.2 8v,
I went out and bought a new bulb for the passenger side headlight and number plate light today the bulbs are working fine but for some reason they aren't working when I put my lights on. Could this be down to a fuse or a relay?

Any answers would be grateful
