Headlight Bulb help?

I have a mk3 and want some bright white bulbs as I don't have projectors for xenons.

Just wondering if anybody could recommend any good ones?

Are the Philips extreme ones worth the £20 pricetag?

They are good mate but not particularly white. Ive got the phillips bluevisions and they are whiter than standard but look nowhere near xenon white
